1. Select a unit and confirm if it’s available. 

First, decide on what unit you like and what would fit into your lifestyle and budget. Since we have different project sites, you have to take into account the location as well. Look into the floor plan and photos of the styled model units so you can have a good idea of the space and visualize how you may want to personalize it. 

After choosing a unit, contact us at to get confirmation of its availability. 

2. Fill out the necessary forms.

Once you receive confirmation on the availability of your desired unit, we will email you two forms you need to fill out: Letter of Intent (LOI) and Client Information Sheet (CIS). The LOI is where you declare your intent to purchase a BLOQ Residences unit; it shall be signed by the buyer. The CIS, on the other hand, is a document where you provide the buyer’s information, including name, address, phone number, government ID number, and other related details.

3. Submit soft copies of the requirements.

After we review your LOI and CIS, we will contact you asking to submit the remaining requirements, which of course, shall be done through email. These requirements may include documents such as two valid IDs, a marriage certificate (if married), and proof of billing. 

This is the stage where we gather and review your information. Our application process is straightforward. We simply review your documents to make sure we’ve got all the paperwork right. 

4. Lock-in the unit with the block-off fee.

Once we have successfully reviewed your submitted requirements, we will inform you about the block-off fee process. You need to deposit such to make sure that your desired unit shall be reserved just for you. Depending on the type of unit and the location that you have chosen, the block-off fee may vary. The good news? It can be as low as PHP 5,000.00.Upon completing the online payment transaction, you may email a copy (photo or scanned) of the proof of the validated deposit slip. A unit can only be reserved once you can provide proof of the payment. 

What Are The Unit Prices?
